Virtual A&S Post

This month has been mostly centred on research. I have been continuing my studies of Japanese Language by reading the Japanese news. I am also doing some initial exploration of etiquette in my period, which is interesting and challenging.

I have also been researching money in my period, and the ways my persona would carry money as I found some later period Japanese coinage available from a moneyer in California.

I have a new work table. And have been using said table for making a set of moneyer’s lettering punches (the front row in the image). This way I can finish my first (moneying) mon die. These punches have been hardened, but not yet tempered, as I want to temper them all at once.

Lastly, I am continuing to figure out how to share my more martial explorations. More on that soon!
