Virtual A&S Post

I made my first 巻子本 (hand scroll), the common format for Japanese books between the Heian and the Sengoku periods. Often the format used for written transmission of information for schools of thought. (Martial arts, Cha no Yu, flower arranging, etc)

Other things that I have been working on are continuing my studies of Modern and classical Japanese, exploring the broader scope of philosophy surrounding Kenjutsu (Japanese swordsmanship), and exploring the mechanics of Kenjutsu, Jujutsu, and Bo/jo/and hanbojutsu (various staff arts)
