The bowl in the middle is a miso based soup with rice, Japanese Fish cake, and greens (Hôhan no shiru) . On the left is grilled Sea Bream(Makuri Yaki). On the right, Sea Bream simmered in a Miso Broth (Nabeyaki). At the top of the setting, period style Sea Bass sashimi, lightly blanched and dressed with vinegar (Suzuki Sashimi). Not shown: steamed rice, Japanese quick pickled cabbage, and ginger vinegar.
