I don’t really have pictures for the things that I have done this month. However, here is a list of the things I am working on:

1. Research paper on the development and evolution of Japanese Unarmed Martial Arts.
2. A class to go with the above mentioned paper.
3. Redactions of recipes from the Ryori Monogatari (a Japanese cookbook from the early 17th C) (pictures to come)
